Luncheon Tuesday 15th October – A celebration of Hungarian gastronomy
This promised to be an interesting and informative lunch visit - and so it proved to be - featuring an informal exploration of tastings, wine pairings, and Hungarian cuisine. Hosted by His Excellency, Mr Ferenc Kumin, Ambassador of Hungary to the Court of St. James. The Embassy team and head chef gave a very informative and interesting presentation. Sometimes cloudy, sometimes sunshine, and even the occasional rainy spot; nevertheless, we never miss the opportunity to have a day out enjoying genuine hospitality when we were given the opportunity to attend a luncheon at Phyllis Court, Henley on the Thames.
