We will travel to the heart of Mayfair for our AGM and dinner at the brilliant Athenaeum Hotel, hosted by GM Joanne Taylor-Stagg.
This year sees Bill Brogan standing down, with our sincere thanks after two years of excellent service to the RdeG – and Paul Evans taking over as President with Janet Wigley Clarabut as VP.
Our guest speaker will be Kate Nicholls OBE from UK Hospitality.
We are looking forward to a superb menu created by Executive Chef Kevin Fawkes. As an aside, Fawkes is an alumnus of Westminster College in London and started his culinary career as Sous Chef at The Savoy, in 2001.
To accompany our excellent menu (pescatarian and vegetarian options also look brilliant) we also have some delicious wines from Hungary – and Eniko Magyar, First Secretary Agricultural and Environmental Attaché to the Embassy of Hungary will be on hand to introduce these.
