Friday 2 August – closing date for applications.

Monday 2 September – Initial interviews of shortlisted candidates.

Monday 16 September – Finalists will attend the Gastronomes’ Supper and will be hosted by panel members.

Monday 7 October – Final interviews.

Friday 15 November – all Finalists attend, with a guest, the Annual Banquet, where the Winner will be announced
