It is always lovely getting together with friends and colleagues over a meal and a glass; our annual ‘Member get Member’ event was no exception.

Last night we admitted 14 exceptional hospitality professionals as members of the Réunion des Gastronomes, @The Pullman Hotel St Pancras

The excellent bar area in this modern hotel provided a superb start to the evening, and we then moved into a beautifully laid-out private room for our 50 attendees. Exceptional food (some reckon the best Tournedos Rossini they have had for many a long year and the Pescatarian selection also highly praised) and service were provided thanks to the excellent Pullman front-of-house and kitchen teams –  and of course, our own Alexandros Kaloudas FIH SJS and Aurelia Idy.

Thanks too to Nachos Campos for his passion and selection of interesting, unusual, but above all delicious wines by Les Caves de Pyrène

A worthy contender for the Menu of the Year award…
