CLIFF HOUSE HOTEL
In early 2014 Andrew purchased Cliff House Hotel, Southbourne. The building dated back to the 1880s and in 2014 extensive restoration work began on the 14 bedroom hotel; transforming the Victorian building whilst preserving many of the original features. Each of the 14 bedrooms were individually styled combining elegance and contemporary design. The result achieved a very high standard of accommodation, without losing any of the original charm.

Open to residents and non-residents the team developed innovative menus for guests from hearty breakfasts, traditional Champagne afternoon teas to elegant dinners. Ingredients all locally sourced, seasonal and of the highest quality.

Cliff House Hotel was a project delivered from the heart. Andrew felt the warmth of the building and wanted the charm, character and history of the building to be retained and be the fabric of its welcome. The hotel still thrives today under the ownership of patrons.
