Alexandros Kaloudas is a professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Food & Beverage Manager of Pullman London St. Pancras Hotel within Accor. With a wealth of experience gained from renowned establishments such as St.Ermin’s Hotel, part of Autograph Collection within the Marriott portfolio, Hilton London Bankside, Millennium Knightsbridge, and Hotel 41, part of the Red Carnation hotels, Alexandros has honed his expertise in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
His dedication and passion have been recognized through prestigious accolades such as the St. Julian Scholarship via the Master Inn holders and the esteemed Reunion Des Gastronomes President’s Award, a testament to his commitment and contributions to the industry. He also holds the distinguished title of Freeman of the City of London.
He is an active member of esteemed associations including the Reunion Des Gastronomes, Chaine Des Rotisseurs, the Confrerie du Sabre d’Or, the Institute of Hospitality, the Wine Society and the Food & Beverage Managers Association in London. Furthermore, he is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of the Glass Sellers in London, reflecting his commitment to professional development and industry excellence. Last but not least, he is a regional individual member of ‘Hospitality Action’ as well as an ambassador of the ‘Springboard’ charity.
Educationally, Alexandros holds a BA in International Hospitality & Tourism Management from the University of Birmingham, underscoring his academic prowess and dedication to continuous learning. He has completed the General Management programme at Cranfield University, under the St Julian Scholarship awarded to him via the Master InnHolders. Currently pursuing the prestigious WSET Diploma in Wines in London, he continues to expand his knowledge and expertise in the world of beverages.
Beyond his professional endeavours, Alexandros is a passionate enthusiast of the food and beverage industry, constantly exploring new restaurants, emerging trends, and culinary innovations. With a keen interest in history, particularly in war and conflict resolution, he finds solace in museums and delves into historical readings to broaden his understanding of the past. Furthermore, he is a dedicated football fan, travelling around Europe to support his favourite football club, AEK Athens.
