After graduating from Surrey University, Adam began his career in hospitality. Initially working in hotels for Hilton and Holiday Inn within Conference and Banqueting becoming a Deputy Manager for them.
He then took a bold step by moving to London where he changed direction from hotels to Contract Catering. Joining Cityline Catering later to become In House Catering Limited. Moving swiftly up the ranks joining Fare of London, Artisan, Ampersand and CH&Co as an Operations Director.
During his career Adam has had the privilege to work with some of the UK’s most highly regarded venues The Royal College of Surgeons of England. The Law Society, BMA House and The In and out Club to name a few. The highlight of his career in hospitality was the annual Buckingham Palace Garden Parties.
In 2019 following his grandmothers Dementia diagnosis Adam decided he could make a real difference with the skills he had gained over the years by joining Bupa as a retirement living Manager. He could see a real gap for great food and service to provide the very best for those residents. In 2020 he was awarded The British Empire Medal for his services to care. Adam now runs a retirement Village in Battersea offering the very best experience for his clients.
Training and development of young people embarking on their hospitality journey is close to Adams heart. Over the years he has worked with a top Hotel School in the Netherlands where he would take student placements within the venues he had worked in and guest lecture at the school on an annual basis.
