The Réunion des Gastronomes is again on the lookout for talented entrants to its award and is calling on members for their support. After the success of the inaugural Réunion des Gastronomes Award last year, it has just launched the second year’s award. Gastronomes are asked if they know someone who could benefit – from winning the chance to have a series of different stages (work experience/training) in an interesting range of organisations, plus all the mentoring and cachet associated with winning our new award? They might be in the member’s team already, or perhaps it’s someone they know personally or have worked with in the past?

Last year’s winner Raúl Martínez is just embarking on his stages at some of London’s top hotels and he has already attended a number of Gastronome events.
The competition is open to anyone – of any age – following a career in food and beverage services and working at a team management level. What’s more, applicants who would already qualify for membership will be offered the opportunity to become a member.
