Our host this evening is fellow gastronome Matthew Bates who joined the RSA in March 2011 and has been responsible for a major three million pound renovation of the House. Matthew previously through a long career in the hospitality industry was responsible for the opening and establishment of Fulham Palace as a major wedding and event venue in West London.
