Gastronome Herbert Berger has worked in some of the finest establishments in Europe and has gained many awards and accolades including the coveted Michelin Star.
His cooking ranges from European classics to traditional fare, gastronomic cuisine as well as the modern flavours. The quality of his cooking justifies Herbert’s reputations as one of the best chefs in London. His career has spanned over 40 years and his formative years were spent at Claridges, The Connaught, Mirabelle and Café Royal.
He has recently taken over the catering at Innholders Hall and he promises us a fantastic supper.
