Diane has enjoyed being part of the catering industry for over 30 years, starting within the education sector at 16 years, which then led to working for Compass Group, and for the last 9 years at CH&Co as Business Development Director.
Her roles have helped her develop her love of food, people and the art of service, which has proved to be very rewarding.
In her spare time, she enjoys her holidays, exploring new restaurants with her family and friends. Her passion is simple, just to eat well and have fun.
