The Hospitality Industry has united in a concerted effort to offer support following the recent tragedy at Grenfell Tower.
Several Gastronome members we know have volunteered, offered support, distributed food and clothing.
Collectively the industry is staging a fund raising event – the details are below for your information should you wish to contribute or attend
A Grenfell Tower fundraising dinner is being held on the 18th July at Novotel London West.
This is an amazing chance to get involved and make a difference to a very real and worthy cause. We want to help make the event a huge success and we have a chance to make a real difference to those who really need it. The target is to have 600 plus attendees and raise £100,000 for the evening.
Ben Purton Our VCM is on the organisation team for the event and the event is being put on at zero cost so that all money raised goes directly to those affected. A multi course dinner plus entertainment, an auction, etc. Time 19.00 hrs until late.
My target is to have at least at least 4 Chaine tables of ten from our 200 members in the capital and hopefully some from further afield. The price of tickets to the event are £100 members and guests. All Chaine bookings are being co-ordinated by myself in Graham’s absence.
