Serge Pradier is awarded Freeman of the City of London for his continuous promotion of Franco-Anglo relations in London and his support of Gastronomy.
He was proposed by Andrew Wallis, Curator of the Guards Museum, Wellington Barracks and Captain of the Pikemen of Musketeers.
