We are delighted to advise you that Gastronome Christine Yau was made a Member of the British Empire in the New Year’s Honours list. Christine has been a Member of the Reunion since 2000 and for several years was on the committee.
She founded, in 1986, Yming’s restaurant in Soho, London, and is awarded her MBE for services to the hospitality industry. A leading figure in the Chinese community, Christine helped launched the Chinese Chefs School at Westminster Kingsway College in 2002.
